Trial-Workshop intends to provide a range of top quality products, and services related to improving and upgrading your twin-shock or P65 trials machine. Twin-shock trials has always been the poor relation in motorcycle sport terms, and this has meant that there is not much available for these machines in terms of parts and services to help make existing bikes more suitable for use in modern conditions.

The main reason for upgrading and improving your current bike is to make it more fun to ride, and even relatively uncompetitive machines can be improved substantially with carefully executed alterations,  which are made to areas that are lacking. However for instance it is pointless fitting a new carb on a bike in need of a full engine rebuild, and this point does need to be born in mind, when looking at possible upgrades.

As well as parts and services we are always pleased to provide accurate and helpful advice, and this may well assist anyone new to older trials machines avoid making a very  costly mistake in relation to purchase of a machine, or assist in carrying out repair or restoration work. We are able to provide complete upgrade packages and parts for Fantic and Honda machines, that are based around alterations to the stock frames of these bikes, and these are detailed below:

For Fantics: Fm450, FM403 & FM350.

Modifications  to stock steering geometry, and footrest position.

Raptor Ti footrest kit, with hangers and instructions.

Chain tensioner mod to accept Rev 3 Beta parts.

Revised rear suspension geometry (requires longer shocks).

Lightweight 428 chain/sprocket kit.

Blueprint OKO carb kit, 26 or 28mm.

Uprated front fork spring kit.

Falcon shocks, in alloy or steel.

FM450 auxiliary air box.

FM403 alloy air box.

FM403/450/350 competition back box.

FM403/450/350 lightweight composite fuel tank.

FM403/450 exhaust front pipe refurbishment.

FM403/450/350 fat bar top fork yoke (exchange).

FM450 heavy duty alloy bash plate.

Front brake upgrade all Fantic drum brakes.

Swinging arm spindle kit, with grease nipple.

Modification to FM 450 frames to accept later type motor.

For Hondas: TLR200/250 & RTL 250.

Modifications to stock steering geometry and footrest position.

Falcon shocks, in alloy or steel.

Traditional style composite fuel tank (TLR only).

Alterations to cylinder head, which improve low speed gas flow.

Competition type TLR fuel tank, with HDPE fuel cell.

Build of competition type TLR200 motors using ATC200X parts.

Blueprint OKO 24mm carb kit to suit 88/89 RTL250.

Billet fork yokes for TLR, better steering, modern bar mounts.

Special air boxes and exhausts to customer specifications.

Modified TM24 Mikuni carbs for TLR (fit using stock air box).

Budget generator rotor pullers for TLR and RTL.

TLR 250 type seat pads, self adhesive rubber.
